March was a great month. As usual, it brought us a fun St Patrick’s Day to take advantage of with chocolate and lies about leprechauns… Oh the many many lies that were told to these sweet innocent little people. At least they get to feel happy and excited about something magical happening? Plus (did I mention?) chocolate happened ↓↓↓
Air’s parents are selling their house and let us take the piano off their hands. I am so excited to have a piano, but every time I try to sit down to practice these two little piano players have the sudden urge to play the same keys that I am playing. Weirdest coincidence ever. ↓↓↓
Boy did Easter come early this year huh? We were still waiting for the last bit of snow to melt when it showed up in March?? Happily, it landed on the same weekend as Air’s Aunt Merlene and Uncle Dennis’s mission farewell. We were so excited to go for a weekend trip with the whole family up to the beautiful Cherry Grove to say goodbye! Easter in Cherry Grove has proven to be my most favorite thing ever!
Plus, we got to visit Air’s Aunt Tracey and Uncle Russ and have a little egg hunt in their yard on Saturday ↓↓↓
Ames loves Aunty Tracey so much (possibly related to all the gifts she’s given him?), so he was dying to see her house for the first time. Pretty sure this is the first dog he’s ever held… he was so funny, he didn’t know what to do with the poor dog so he just ran around in circles?! ↓↓↓
Mom, Jadey and I took the kids for a little walk while everyone else cooked dinner. Seriously, Cherry Grove is such a beautiful place. There is nothing like being out in the country.
We were all lucky enough to get to stay at the amazingly beautiful home of some family friends while they were gone to Arizona for the weekend. We are so grateful to them for letting us stay!
On Easter morning we were all pretty surprised (except for Grandma) when some little baskets showed up for the kids! ↓↓↓
Also, there was a lot to explore at this house all morning before church ↓↓↓

After church, Air and I got to take some family photos for Dennis and Merlene, then we all went to their Apartment rec room and partied with all the cousins and Aunts and Uncles and friends and people we love, and we ate and ate and ate… This was seriously one of the best Easters that I have ever known.
Alice had such an exciting weekend she actually fell asleep on me in the middle of the party… This only made my day even better!
We ended up staying in Cherry Grove for an extra night when we had planned to go home on Sunday… Crazy thing was that Ames suddenly came down with some crazy illness while he was sleeping on the floor beside Grandma’s bed that night, and ended up needing to throw up every hour or so through the entire night and the next morning! This has never happened to him before! The biggest miracle ever is that he didn’t get a drop of throw up on the immaculate white carpet that he was sleeping on that night. Mom and I were able to keep it all contained and Ames learned pretty quickly to run to the toilet every time it started. PHEW!
But we made it home on Monday morning and our lucky children found another basket left for them from that sneaky Easter Bunny! ↓↓↓
↓↓↓ The next day Alice got sick with fevers, poor little lady, but I was so glad she didn’t throw up like Ames did//I find photos like this by the hundreds on my phone from the little games that Ames plays. He’s so proud of them so it’s really hard to delete any ↓↓↓
↓↓↓ Air took this photo of Ames right after he looked at me and said “Mom why am I wearing pants? Are we going somewhere?” haha//This trampoline park (launchpad) is the best place we’ve discovered in our city for our kids! They can just jump and jump to their heart's content ↓↓↓

Another trip to Launchpad with the family. We put these blocks together and made a fun bouncy train, then tons of other kids started coming over and wanting in on the fun. It got a little out of hand so we had to stop ↓↓↓
To a three year old the best jokes make no sense and they all have identical punchlines... POPCORN!! ↓↓↓
Another visit to our favorite indoor playground while it was too cold outside for parks. Sometimes does your baby just seem to whine non-stop for days and days? I think I'll go crazy listening to this sometimes... She's lucky I love her so much ↓↓↓
