.Utah, Part 4: Aquarium and a visit to the Potters

We love spending time with my cute parents when we’re in Utah. They are, afterall, the ones we miss the most! We spent a day at the aquarium with them and had an awesome time. But, like the zoo, this place is in a temporary building while they build the incredible new aquarium in Draper. Can’t wait to go back when it’s done.

↓↓↓OK, so of all the mysterious and wondrous things and creatures we saw at the aquarium. To me, this was the most mind-boggling and mysterious one of all↓↓↓

↓↓↓This pot is mine! Seriously. I got this pot from my uncle Paul and I spray painted it bronze for my wedding reception 5 years ago. Who did I give pots to after my wedding? Did any of you give them away or sell them?↓↓↓

Anyway, it may be strange; but I love knowing that my pot is there at the aquarium. It feels good to know that a piece of me is still in Utah. I did spend 21 years of my life living there. My legacy must live on!

I wish we could’ve visited all of our friends down in Utah… we miss them all so much. But I’m really glad we reunited with our besties, the Potters. We got to meet sweet baby Holly for the first time and see how big and smart Logan has gotten and watch him play with Ames (they’re gonna be best friends someday), and so glad Joel made us the most delicious pizza ever. Thanks NiJoel for all the fun!
