The most amazing thing happened this weekend (aside from Ames getting blessed of course). My parents came back all the way from Utah for only the weekend! PLUS my brother Tyler and his wife Missy came too!!!
I still can't believe they were here—I feel so loved and lucky that they drove so far for our little Ames... such joy!

*Ames, you are such a sweet and special little baby, I can’t imagine you not always being so sweet and little… We are so happy and lucky to have you in our family. We love you.*
Air’s Mom surprised us and got this amazing little cake made by a friend just for Ames… WOW! Just WOW!
Lots of friends came over after church for the luncheon too… so much fun! Good thing we had so much yummy food!

All the cute little girls were just enthralled by the baby! Taking turns holding him for as long as they could. hehe
This was such a fantastic weekend. One of the best weekends I ever remember having in my life. It’s definitely going down in the books.
Thanks again Mom, Dad, Ty & Missy for making the trip to see us. We LOVED having you here. So so much.

Ames looks so cute. Turns out all you needed to do to get everyone to see you here was have a baby (in summer, if you have a baby in winter they may think twice, jk) You look to be taking to motherhood wonderfully.

So glad they could make it out for the blessing! That's awesome. Your house looks so beautiful! I think you have the same couch as Amanda, btw, how funny! Ames is precious, couldn't be happier for you and your little family.
